CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

A vacancy exists at our Dandenong South factory for a full time Customer Service Administrator.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing our dealers and customers with first rate customer

service via phone, email and front desk engagement. Clerical responsibilities include processing orders and

invoices, arranging freight and logistics and purchasing.

The position involves dealing with customer sales and technical enquiries, identification, collection and

dispatch of spare parts.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and computer skills and a hands on approach.

Agricultural experience or a rural background and/or technical/mechanical knowledge of agricultural

machinery will be highly regarded.
